4. Slow Cook:
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours.
- About halfway through (after 1 hour), stir the meatballs and sauce to ensure they are evenly coated.
- Taste the sauce, and if you prefer more heat, add a tablespoon and a half more hot sauce.
