Ingredients
- 4 SLICES HORMEL BACON, CHOPPED
- 3 CUPS WHOLE KERNEL CORN (FRESH, FROZEN OR CANNED)
- 1/4 CUP GOLD MEDAL ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
- 2 CUPS KRAFT SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 TEASPOON MINCED JALAPENO PEPPER (ADD MORE IF DESIRED)
- 2 LARGE EGGS, LIGHTLY BEATEN
Instructions
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 F. COOK CHOPPED BACON IN A SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL CRISP. PLACE COOKED BACON ON PAPER TOWEL TO DRAIN.
- SPRAY A 2-QUART BAKING DISH WITH NONSTICK COOKING SPRAY.
- MIX TOGETHER CORN, FLOUR, 1 ½ CUPS CHEESE, JALAPENO, BACON, EGGS, BUTTER, MILK, SALT, AND PEPPER. PLACE IN BAKING DISH.
