Ingredients
- 6 BACON SLICES.
- ¼ CUP OF REGULAR MUSTARD.
- ⅓ CPU OF HONEY.
- 2 TBSPS OF MAYONNAISE.
- 2 TSPS OF DRIED ONION FLAKES.
- 1 CUP OF SLICED FRESH MUSHROOM.
- 2 CUPS OF SHREDDED COLBY/JACK CHEESE.
Instructions
- RUB THE SEASONING SALT ON THE CHICKEN BREASTS AND REFRIGERATE THEM COVERED FOR 30 MINUTES.
- WHILE REFRIGERATING, COOK THE BACON IN A LARGE SKILLET UNTIL BROWN AND CRISPY THEN REMOVE IT LEAVING THE GREASE IN THE SKILLET.
- SAUTÉ THE CHICKEN IN THE GREASE FOR 3 TO 5 MINUTES PER SIDE AND ARRANGE THE BREASTS IN A 9×13 CASSEROLE DISH.
- IN A SMALL BOWL, MIX TOGETHER THE MUSTARD, HONEY, MAYONNAISE AND DRIED ONION FLAKES THEN POUR SOME MUSTARD OVER EACH BREAST. ADD A LAYER OF MUSHROOMS, CRUMBLED BACON AND SHREDDED CHEESE.
- IN A PREHEATED OVEN TO 350° BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES.
- TOP WITH THE REST OF HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE AND VOILA!
