These meatballs are not only packed with flavor but are also super easy to prepare. You can even make them the night before and store them in the fridge to cook the next day. Prep time is just 20 minutes, and the slow cooker takes care of the rest in about 2 hours.
Slow Cooker Honey Buffalo Meatballs

Cook Time: 10 minutes + 2 hours in the slow cooker

Ingredients:
For the Meatballs:
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 22 saltine crackers, crushed (about 1 cup)
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Honey Buffalo Sauce:
- 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot Original Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves (or tangerine/orange preserves if you prefer)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp butter
