Ingredients

  • 12 OZ FROZEN CORN
  • 1 LB GROUND BEEF BROWNED AND DRAINED
  • 1 CUP VELVEETA CUBED
  • 1 CLOVE GARLIC MINCED
  • 10 OZ DICED TOMATOES WITH GREEN CHILES
  • 2 CUPS SHREDDED TACO BLEND CHEESE
  • 1/8 TEASPOON GROUND RED PEPPER OPTIONAL

Instructions

  • DUMP ALL OF YOUR INGREDIENTS, EXCEPT YOUR SHREDDED CHEESE, IN YOUR 4 QUART CROCK POT AND STIR UNTIL WELL COMBINED
  • COVER AND COOK ON HIGH FOR 1 HOUR
  • WITH ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO GO, STIR AND TOP WITH SHREDDED CHEESE AND REPLACE THE LID. (IT IS DONE WHEN THE CHEESE ON THE TOP IS MELTED)
